These 100mm Wide Beech Sprung bed slats are part of our Luxury collection of quality Beech Sprung Bed Slats. They are manufactured to our exact specification using the very best logs of Beech Wood from sustainably managed forests in Central Europe. They are finished in a depth of 12mm and a length of 1400mm making them the perfect slat when manufacturing Small Double 4ft or Double 4ft6 bed frames.

These slats are of Premium grade with a laminated finish for long lasting protection of the wood ensuring the slat that will lasts a lifetime. These slats are manufactured from 100% solid Beech NOT the inferior alternative of Poplar or Birch. Beech is very well known in the industry to be the preferred material for bed slats due to the immense strength of the wood under constant pressures.

The normal depth of sprung slats is 8mm, However these slats are extra wide and extra long meaning they must be made in a depth of 12mm giving adequate strength and support to the mattress.

They are perfect for customers that do not want a centre support rail on their bed frame, These 100mm Beech Sprung slats will span the full width of a Small Double 4ft or Double 4ft 6 Bed frame.

THESE SLATS WILL NEED TO GO INTO 12mm DEPTH SLAT HOLDERS, IF YOUR HOLDERS ARE FOR 8MM SLATS THEN THESE SLATS WILL NEED TO BE CHAMFERED AT THE ENDS TO ENSURE THEY FIT IN THE HOLDER.
