In the Bed Industry Beech is the favoured material for producing Sprung slats as its well known for its strength and ability to withstand enormous pressure for long periods. Adding to this each individual slat is laminated in a natural finish which ensures the longevity of the slat.

The Sprung slats are 70mm (Width ) x 8mm ( Depth) and are available in a standard length of 915mm.

From our experiences there are no standard lengths when it comes to Sprung Bed Slats. The length of the slat will vary from bed to bed depending on the manufacturer and the structure of the bed.  We also offer an In-House cutting service and can supply these slats to your exact requirements.
