Our 63mm bed slat assembly set is Suitable for 4ft6, 5ft and 6ft Metal Bed Frames, Supplied with 2 prong slat holders for both the side rail and the Double Sided holder for the Centre rail, this set is ideal for replacing inferior quality slats on your bed to give you a comfortable nights sleep.

Every Single one of our Beech Sprung slats is made for us in Central Europe from the finest quality Beech timber. The slats are of a natural colour and laminated to ensure that slat will last many, many years. 

Manufactured under the stringent controls to ensure they meet PEFC standards, this ensures that the Beech timber used in the production of these slats comes from sustainable sources.

The actual dimensions of this slat is 63mm(W) x 8mm (D) x 915mm (L)

We can also supply this set with our Heavy Duty Extra Strong 12mm Thick slats with the compatable 63mm x 12mm Bed Slat Holders. You will see the option to upgrade when placing your order.

We now offer a Free on site cutting service and can cut these slats down to meet your exact specification.  We will ensure the slat is cut evenly from both sides to ensure the slat maintains its curve which is very important.

The slat holders are designed so that you push each prong into the metal tubular frame to securely hold in place. The distance between each prong on the holder is 38mm which is the standard distance in the industry. There is also some give in the prongs which should enable you to squeeze them in.
