These 53mm Premier Grade Beech Sprung Bed Slats are manufactured exclusively for us from one of the biggest manufacturing plants in Central Europe.

The quality of our Premier Grade Beech sprung slats are second to none. They are manufactured from 100% Beech Wood known to be an exceptionally hard wood with outstanding strength values that are retained under heavy pressure. 

The difference that makes these slats the best 8mm slats on the market is the way they are finished, at the end of the production process the slats are foil coated which gives a higher resistance against moisture influences. The coating acts as a barrier that prevents moisture entering the wood. The coating enters into the pores of the wood and closes them. The end result meaning the slat will have a longer life span and also have a better dimensional stability compared to our standard slats that are treated with glue and laminated.

All our Beech Sprung slats comply with the PEFC guarantee meaning that they are manufactured from trees that come from sustainably managed forests.
